Warranty

Each Moondog strap is handcrafted and backed by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your strap has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

What is covered:

• Stitching failures not caused by misuse or overloading
• Hardware defects (buckles, rings, fasteners) present at time of purchase
• Material separation under normal use conditions

What is NOT covered:

• Normal wear and tear over time
• Damage caused by improper use, overloading, or mishandling
• Damage resulting from failure to maintain the strap (see Care Instructions)
• Damage caused by incompatible or improperly installed strap buttons
• Lost or stolen straps
• Straps purchased secondhand or from unauthorized resellers

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Moondog strap. If something isn't right, here is how we can help:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused straps in original condition.
• Exchanges are available if the strap has a verified manufacturing defect.
• To begin a return or exchange, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims, returns, and exchanges.
• Straps must be available for inspection before any remedy is offered — we cannot process claims for straps that have been discarded.

Limitation of Liability

Moondog Leather Company is not responsible for damage to instruments, equipment, or property resulting from use, misuse, or failure of a strap. It is the responsibility of the user to:

• Inspect the strap before each use
• Ensure strap buttons are properly installed and compatible
• Discontinue use of any strap showing signs of wear or damage
• Follow all care and use instructions provided

By purchasing and using a Moondog strap, the customer agrees to these terms and acknowledges that Moondog Leather Company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to instrument damage.
